Albeit three whole years since my last journal entry. My general hiatus from DeviantArt was regretful but unavoidable.  When I made this account five years ago, my intention was to grow into the kind of artist I wanted to be. I thought by this time I would have mastered (well more like gotten comfortable) with a certain coloring technique. Found my own style. Improved by a lot. Yet here I am unable to stretch my abilities. I honestly thought that art would be a bigger part of my life. Hell, I even thought that I might pursue a career in graphic design. Wow... it's about time I wrote something. Animethon 17 was amazing! :) I had a lot of fun. This was my first year in Artist Alley and I am so glad that I decided to do it this year. This is my third year at Animethon. My first year (animethon 15), I cosplayed as Haruhi Suzumiya, but this year and last year I didn't end up doing it because of time an cost.
